Café Dosis

Belén, Alajuela. Costa Rica

Dosis Coffee Lab is the material expression, through architecture, of bringing the experience of Costa Rica's finest coffee — through every stage of its process — directly into the hands of the user. Dosis becomes home to Costa Rica's 2025 National Roasting Champion, a space built to support that craft and the production of coffee to the highest standard.
