This project stands as a landmark and the true starting point for ATOM Arquitectura. It proposes a commercial vestibule space — not only for the Guanavista condominium project, but for the region as a whole.
The project is defined as a midpoint between the built space and the natural environment. The proposal carries the nuances of Guanacaste's coastal culture — in its materiality and in the design of its axes and geometries — all working in symphonic relationship with their surroundings. ATOM proposes unity through cognitive pathways: the interior reflects the exterior, and the midpoint becomes a space of sensory dialogue.
